Customers must provide reasonable property access, disclose known property conditions, and cooperate with any required approvals/permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Warranties and Limitations
Warranty coverage is limited to what is stated in writing in the signed agreement or manufacturer warranty documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid under the applicable agreement, excluding indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be addressed in good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed under the dispute terms in the signed agreement and applicable law.
